Service fees

Consultation, documentation and service fees paid to Bemer Travels are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover time already spent preparing your application or booking.

Government & embassy fees

Visa, biometric and other government fees are paid directly to the relevant authority. Refunds of these fees — where permitted — are governed by the policies of that authority and are not controlled by Bemer Travels.

Flights, hotels and tours

Refunds and cancellations for flights, hotels, tours, insurance and transfers follow the terms of the operating supplier. We will assist you in requesting a refund, but the final decision rests with the supplier.

Visa outcomes

A denied visa application does not automatically entitle you to a refund of service or government fees, as work and payments have already been carried out on your behalf.

How to request a refund

Send your request in writing to bemertravels@gmail.com with your booking reference. We aim to respond within 7 business days.
