By engaging Bemer Travels Agency ("Bemer Travels", "we", "us") you agree to these terms.

1. Our role

Bemer Travels is an independent travel agency. We provide travel planning, bookings and visa application support. We act as an intermediary between you and third-party providers (airlines, hotels, insurers, embassies and visa application centres). We are not affiliated with any government or embassy and cannot guarantee any visa outcome.

2. Quotes and bookings

All quotes are subject to availability and confirmation from the supplier at the time of booking. Fares, rates and government fees may change without notice.

3. Payments

Full payment (or a deposit as agreed) is required to confirm a booking. Government fees payable to embassies, consulates or visa application centres are collected on behalf of those authorities and remitted in full to them.

4. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information and valid documentation, and for meeting the entry requirements of your destination.

5. Third-party terms

Flights, hotels, insurance, tours and transfers are subject to the terms and conditions of the operating supplier.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bemer Travels is not liable for losses caused by third-party suppliers, embassy decisions, force majeure, or changes in travel regulations.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
